# Try new features before they're available to everyone.

Labs has the features we're still shaping. Switch one on for yourself in Account settings → Labs, use it in the app, your tests and your agents, and tell us what to change. When it's ready, it's on for everyone.

## Two features to try.

### Marketing and offer emails

Test what your app sends after sign-up. The Offers and Marketing areas, coupons at checkout, one offer per person, unsubscribing that sticks, consent and the marketing rules where each persona lives, and a welcome series in order and on time.

### Spam score and attachment checks

A spam score out of 10 for every email, from the markers spam filters weigh, and a check for attachments inboxes block, in your checks, run reports and Reports.

How it works

## On in a click, everywhere you work.

1. ### Open Labs  
In the app, choose **Account settings → Labs**, or Labs from the help menu.
2. ### Switch a feature on  
It's on for you straight away, in the app and the Chrome extension.
3. ### Your tests and agents follow  
API keys and connected agents act as the person who made them, so they follow your switches too.
4. ### Switch it off any time  
Its results are still worked out for every email, so switching it on again shows them for mail that already came.

Nothing in Labs changes your checks, your CI or your screens until you switch it on.
- ### Yours alone  
Each person switches features on for themselves, and teammates choose their own.
- ### Clear answers when off  
A tool in Labs answers that it's in Labs and where to switch it on, rather than failing silently.
- ### Free on every plan  
Labs features cost nothing extra while they're in Labs.
- ### It may change  
What a Labs feature checks, and how it's shown, can change before it's available to everyone. The changelog says what changed.
- ### Then it's for everyone  
When a feature is ready, it's on for everyone, its switch goes, and the changelog says so.

## Questions

### Does switching on a Labs feature change my existing tests?

It can. Its checks start judging your emails, and your API keys and agents follow your switches, so a test that checks every email may fail on, say, a spam score of 5 or more. Switch it on when you're ready to look at what it finds.

### Can I switch a feature on for my whole team?

Not yet. Each person switches features on for themselves, and each API key follows the person who made it.

### Is my data kept differently while a feature is in Labs?

No. Labs features keep their records with the test address they belong to and delete them with it, as everything else does. The privacy policy covers them.

### How do I tell you what to change?

Use Request a feature from the help menu in the app. It goes straight to us.
