Email hello@proxymail.qa. To help us answer quickly, include:
- The email you sign in to Proxy Mail QA with, and the project’s name.
- The test address involved, if there is one, for example
something@mailclub.dev. - What you did, what you expected and what happened instead, with the time and time zone.
- If it involves an AI agent or app, which one (for example Claude, ChatGPT, Codex or Cursor).
Please don’t send passwords, API keys or the contents of private emails.
Guides
- Getting started: your first project, test address and verification code.
- API and MCP: the REST API for test suites and the MCP server for AI agents.
- Set up your agent in one prompt: connect Claude Code, Cursor, Codex or another coding agent.
Connected AI agents and apps
- What they can do: an agent connected to Proxy Mail QA works in the one project you chose when you connected it. It can create, label and delete test addresses there, and read the verification codes and links they receive. It gets the code or link only, never the text of the email, and it can’t read passwords saved earlier.
- Disconnect one: in the app, open Project settings → API keys and remove it from the connected apps. It loses access straight away.
- Nothing arriving? The wait tools look for mail from the last 15 minutes. Check that the app you’re testing sent to the exact address, then ask the agent to list your test addresses, which shows the latest code or link on each.
Your account and data
- Read how we handle your data in the privacy policy, and the rules for using the service in the terms.
- To delete your account and everything in it, open Account settings → Delete account in the app.
