- What you did, what you expected and what happened instead, with the time and time zone.
- If it involves an AI agent or app, which one (for example Claude, ChatGPT, Codex or Cursor).

Please don’t send passwords, API keys or the contents of private emails.

## Guides

- [Node.js client](https://proxymail.qa/docs/node), [Python](https://proxymail.qa/docs/python) and [Running in CI](https://proxymail.qa/docs/ci): test suites, including checks that nothing arrived.
- [Mobile apps](https://proxymail.qa/mobile): iOS, Android, React Native, Flutter and Firebase email-link sign-in.
- [Set up your agent in one prompt](https://proxymail.qa/docs/api#agent-setup): connect Claude Code, Cursor, Codex or another coding agent.

## Connected AI agents and apps

- **What they can do:** an agent connected to Proxy Mail QA works in the one project you chose when you connected it. It can create, label and delete test addresses there, and read the verification codes and links they receive. It gets the code or link only, never the text of the email, and it can’t read passwords saved earlier.
- **Disconnect one:** in the app, open **Project settings → API keys** and remove it from the connected apps. It loses access straight away.
- **Nothing arriving?** The wait tools look for mail from the last 15 minutes, and when nothing came they say what we know: anything we refused for the address, or that nothing has reached it. Check that the app you’re testing sent to the exact address and that its email provider can send to any address, not only verified ones. [Test email not arriving?](https://proxymail.qa/troubleshooting) has the usual causes.

## Your account and data

- Read how we handle your data in the [privacy policy](https://proxymail.qa/privacy), and the rules for using the service in the [terms](https://proxymail.qa/terms).
- To delete your account and everything in it, open **Account settings → Delete account** in the app.

If a Proxy Mail QA address was used against you or your service, see [Report abuse](https://proxymail.qa/abuse). You don’t need an account.
