Proxy Mail QA

Inbox dashboard

Every test account, and its newest code or link, on one screen.

The Accounts view shows each test address, who emailed it last and the code or link from that email, ready to copy or click. It updates by itself as mail arrives. Try it below: copy a code, open an account, or add one and watch the email land.

How a row works

One row per test account, with what you need next.

Account

The test address, the service that emailed it last and when, how many days it has left, and a note on what it’s for. Click it for everything else.

Persona

A fictional name with the age and country it signed up with, on one line. Click to copy any field for the form you’re filling.

Password

The test password saved on the address, hidden. One click copies it to sign in again; every reveal is logged.

Activation

A code gets a Copy button and a countdown when the email says how long it lasts. A link gets Open link and Copy link buttons, under its kind: a verify, sign-in, invite or reset link. Once it’s opened or copied, the row says when and by whom.

Inbox

Every email the address has received: who sent it, when, and every code and link found in it, with the email itself in a locked-down view.

What each account keeps

Everything to sign in as that user again.

Click an address for its details: the persona it signed up with, its saved password, what it was for and how long it lasts.

A persona that passes sign-up forms

First and last name, a username that fits common rules, a date of birth for the age you need (an adult, 21 or over, under 18, under 15, under 13, turning 18 tomorrow, or a date you pick) and a country. Dates copy in US, UK or ISO order.

A saved test password

Generate one before you sign up, or save the one you used. Passwords are encrypted, hidden until revealed, and every reveal is logged. Made-up passwords only, never real ones.

Notes and tags

Write what the account was for, such as “youth account on staging”, and tag it. Tags become filters, so the under-18 accounts are one click away next time.

A lifetime you choose

1, 7, 15 or 30 days, extended a day at a time up to 30 days. A day before addresses expire, an Expiring soon filter shows which. Then they’re deleted with their mail.

Make addresses

As many as the test needs, named how you like.

One or fifty at a time

Make a single address or a batch of up to 50, each with its own persona. The new address is copied, ready to paste.

Random, custom or persona names

A random 12-character name, a custom one (checked as you type, with free alternatives if it’s taken) or the persona’s username, on @mailclub.dev or @enable.li.

+tags for repeat runs

Mail to name+run2@mailclub.dev arrives in the same inbox with the tag shown, so one address can serve several runs.

Find any account

Filters, search and live updates.

Filters

Codes, Links, Expired and Expiring soon, plus a filter for every tag you use.

Search

Find an account by its address, the service that emailed it, its persona, notes or tags.

Live

New mail appears by itself, and its row moves to the top. No refreshing.

Copy all and clean up

Copy an account’s email, persona and password as text in one go. Tick several rows to delete them together.

The inbox view

Read the whole email safely when you need to.

  • Locked-down email view

HTML email is shown with scripts off, and remote images stay blocked, so tracking pixels don’t fire, until you choose Load remote images.

  • Used and replaced codes

A code or link that’s been opened, copied or fetched by an agent turns quieter, saying who used it and when, and one a newer email replaced says so. Both stay usable.

  • Pick the right code or link

If the row picked the wrong one, choose Use this instead on the right one and the row switches to it.

  • Links stay unused

We never open or prefetch links, so single-use links still work when you click them.

  • Localhost links flagged

A link to localhost, or one that redirects there after verifying, is flagged on the row. Mark a host as your dev environment and it stops being flagged.

  • Says why mail is missing

If nothing arrives, the app says what we refused for the address and why, or the likely cause, such as an email provider in sandbox mode.

  • The original file, when you need it

Turn on debug mode in a project to keep each new email’s original .eml file, with every header, until its address expires.

FAQ

Questions

Is the demo above the real app?

It’s a working copy of the Accounts view with made-up data, so you can try copying, filtering and opening an account. Nothing is sent anywhere. The real one is at app.proxymail.qa, free to try.

Can my teammates see my accounts?

On the Free plan, your addresses are private to your account. On the Team plan, you choose who sees each project, and organisation admins see them all.

How long is mail kept?

As long as its address lasts, up to 30 days. When an address expires, new mail to it is refused, and the address, its mail and any saved password are deleted within an hour.

Can I export what I tested?

Yes. A project’s Reports page has a Dashboard of what needs attention (failed email checks, refused mail, failed runs), what changed since the period before and how fast emails arrive, and a QA report of its addresses, personas, notes and every email’s code or link for a date range, as CSV or PDF. Account settings has Download my data for everything.
